Kmax hairloss supplement ANTI-SIDES is a supplement in capsules designed to take advantage of the powerful action of specific substances (oligomeric procyanidins, naringin, biperine, etc..) which are intended to combat the symptoms and side effects caused by anti-dht drugs ( above all finasteride).
Hence also the name of the supplement (ANTI-SIDES) which properly underlines its "anti-side-effects" action.
How does it work?
The main side effects of substances inhibiting 5 alpha reductase (and therefore reducing the amount of testosterone being converted into dihydrotestosterone) are known to be due to the increase of estrogens, during the transformation of a portion of testosterone to estradiol, through the aromatase enzyme.
The excess estrogens can easily cause problems like gynecomastia, water retention and fat deposits.
In order to reduce these side effects, there are some natural substances that act by regulating estrogen, like some bioflavonoids (in particular oligomeric proanthocyanidins, under OPC acronym) and other substances, that act directly on the symptoms and reduce water retention, swelling, more or less localized excess fat, just like some enzymes or other bioflavonoids having a specific action do.
Kmax hairloss supplement ANTI-SIDES was specifically designed to take advantage of the powerful actions of these substances on both the causes and symptoms of side-effects caused by anti-dht drugs. Here are the list of its main individual components:
OPC fromgrape seed extract
The oligomeric proanthocyanidins (known with the initials OPC) belong to the broad family of bioflavonoids, natural substances that have been proved to have very elevated antioxidant and healing properties by studies carried on during the last years.
OPC are a unique example of biologically active antioxidants, both pharmacologically and clinically tested, that are specifically indicated for the prevention and treatment in cardiovascular disease.
The antioxidant properties that have been proved in some studies are even more remarkable and are similar to those of two enzymes involved in fighting against oxidative damages, like superossidodisinutasi and catalase.
Moreover, the strong power of OPC as a scavenger against free radicals was proved to be at the base of the vasoprotective action.
In addition, OPC inhibit in a non-competitively manner the xanthine oxidase, promoter of the superoxide anion formation, with a power which is comparable to that performed by the allopurinol.
Dry extract of the Pineapple (Ananas comosus) 250 GDU/g enzyme units.
The Pineapple (Bromeliaceae family) is native to Central America, but is now cultivated in all tropical and subtropical climates. It is rich in prodigestive enzymes, among which the bormelina stands out: it is a proteolytic enzyme consisting of sulfhydryl proteases, activated by reducing agents such as cysteine and glutathione and inhibited by oxidants and various metals. The dry extract titrated in enzymatic units (minimum 150 GDU/g) is used for its digestive, anti-inflammatory and anti-edema activity, experimentally demonstrated both in animals and in humans. Just thanks to its prodigestive action, it is recommended in the treatment of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, alone or in association with pancreatic extracts and in the symptomatic treatment of digestive disorders of any origin, but it is often used even in cosmetics to combat cellulite and its retention water.
Dry extract of Birch leaves (Birch Alba) titrated to 3% iperoside
The birch is a diuretic and purifying plant. It is an aid to low libido and a traditional remedy in diseases of the bladder; it has a draining, mineralizing, toning action and in some cases can stimulate sexual activity; it also helps in cases of impotence and frigidity, especially when using the bark of the roots.
The leaves have diaphoretic and diuretic properties (especially favored by saponins and above all by flavonic glycosides). The obtained diuresis is characterized by an increase in the removal of water, instead of salts.
The leaves are helpful in case of rheumatism, gout, kidney stones and in the prevention of gallstones formation. Useful in cellulite, as it helps the elimination and disappearance of fiberconnectival nodules, it can also eliminate uric acid and cholesterol.
The leaves contain: flavonoids, essential oil, sesquitepenici oxides, tannins (leucoantocianidine), Vitamin C, chlorogenic and caffeic acid, resins, alcohols triperpenici (Lupano derivatives, lupeol, betulinol (triterpene alcohol, pigment responsible for the typical white birch bark ) betulinic acid.
The Iperoside is a molecule belonging to the family of flavonoids, which has a diuretic action, with elimination of nitrogen compounds and chlorides.
Dry extract of Green Coffee Beans (Coffea arabica) titrated to 50% chlorogenic acid
The green coffee beans (Coffea arabica L. robust, fam. Rubiaceae) are notoriously rich in potent biochemical substances, such as polyphenols, tannins and caffeine, which have antioxidant, hypoglycemic, anti-aging effects, besides having the well known property of favouring the increase in metabolism and the disposal of body fat mass.
The chlorogenic acid is found mostly in the seeds but also in leaves and fruits. Thanks to its significant antioxidant power, it can be considered one of the most innovative active ingredients.
The extracts of green coffee are thus powerful antioxidants, which help to counteract oxidative stress and aging; in addition they can control sugars and are therefore very useful in pre-diabetic and weight loss conditions.
The naringin is the substance that characterizes the bitterness of grapefruit juice (Citrus paradisi, fam. Rutaceae)
The naringin is a flavonoid glycoside which in humans is metabolized in naringenin, that is in its aglyconic form (without "sugars") that weighs slightly more than its half in terms of molecular mass (from 100 mg of naringin then derives about 60 mg of naringenin).
The naringenin is believed to have bioactive effects on health due to its antioxidant, anti-free radical, anti-inflammatory action and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates.
It 'is considered both a weak estrogen with antiestrogenic action (binding to the receptor instead of more active estrogens) and a natural antiaromatase.
Bioperine ® (black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine)
Bioperine is a standardized piperine extract obtained from black pepper (Piper nigrum fam.Piperaceae). Black pepper is used in several products to treat fevers, digestive disorders, urinary difficulties, rheumatism, neuralgia and tremor. Bioperine contains far more active substances of the black pepper than the raw pepper itself. Bioperine increases the absorption rate of many supplements, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants, making the other active ingredients more active.
Recently it was discovered that piperine could inhibit the very 5 alpha-reductase type II, which is the same isoform of the enzyme that is inhibited by the drug finasteride.
Notes: The naringin can make drugs and also finasteride more bioavailable, so you are suggested to take this supplement away by drugs and finasteride; on the contrary if you are taking Kmax hairloss supplement ANTI-DHT, it is recommended to take them together to increase their activity.
How to use: Take 2 capsules a day at meal times with plenty of water.
Product information: This product contains Birch and Pineapple, recommended for encouraging the drainage of body fluids, and Grape, Green coffee and Black pepper extracts with an anti-oxidising action.
